I'm in a strange mood this week. It could be because in a couple days I'll be 30. I don't feel 30 nor do I look it, but everytime I hit a decade mark it kind of has a deeper impact on me than other birthdays. Even when I turned ten, I sort of freaked out. The mess going on inside me head certainly affected this weeks illustration. I'm not sure what I was shooting for except something different. Whether or not I suceeded, I'm not really sure. I'll leave that up to you. Enjoy and next time I post hopefully my head will be screwed back on correctly

Nothing wrong with this image! You're just getting rid of negativity with your big 30. Turning 30 was my best ever, but 35 ...... Shouldn't worry about it until 90 - it ages you :)

I love the burglar!
The 30's have been the best years of my life!!!!!!!!!!! (many exclamation points!!!!!!!!!!) I am turning 40 this year... it sounds so weird. I am counting on things being even better. Seriously you will not want to go back to your 20's ever again. Happy Birthday! I wish you the BEST!

Very funny!

Turning 30 was great, I thought. I tend to feel differently about the decade marks as well. But there was something liberating about the 30 mark. Hope it's as fun for you as it was for me! :0)

I love the pic. I just turned 30 on July 13 and had similar concerns. I was more saddened by the fact that I'd no longer be in my 20's than the fact that I was turning 30. Frankly, my 20's were one long emotional rollercoaster ride so I'm happy to be out of them and moving forward. Happy 30's to you....welcome to the club.
